Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment in the program is free, with no purchase required.
2. Rewards points and/or Rewards Dollars hold no cash value outside of this program.
3. Each account can only have one active mobile number. Online signup is available for those without a mobile number.
4. Only one mobile number per check can earn points and/or redeem special offers.
5. To join and receive offers, fully complete the enrollment form on the Touch of Italy website.
6. Points are earned based on total food and beverage purchases at any Touch of Italy location.
7. Special offers are non-transferable and must be redeemed as specified.
8. Rewards points and dollars cannot be transferred between accounts.
9. Members manage their points and redeem offers via mobile or online.
10. Points are earned on Gift Card purchases, not redemptions. Reward Dollars cannot be used for Gift Card purchases.
11. During Holiday Bonus Gift Card promotions, members shall choose between $20 Holiday Bonus Certificates or Reward points, not both.
12. Points are not issued for tips and cannot be used to pay tips.
13. Points are not issued for sales taxes cannot be used to pay sales taxes.
14. Touch of Italy employees are ineligible to participate in the rewards program.
15. Members can update their information on the Touch of Italy website to ensure receipt of offers.
16. The program is for individual customers only; points cannot be credited to businesses.
17. Members are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the program.
18. Touch of Italy reserves the right to modify program rules, terms, and rewards without notice. Touch of Italy reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts due to inactivity, suspicion of fraud or any inappropriate activity (as determined in Touch of Italy's sole discretion) on a member's account. Upon termination or cancellation of an account for any reason, all Rewards Points and all Rewards shall automatically be forfeited.
19. Applicants must be 18 years or older to join.
